Returns & Refund

We want you to enjoy our products, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, We offer a hassle-free return service within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Cancel order:

1.If your cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour window, we will be pleased to process a full refund for you promptly.  

2.If your order was placed more than 24 hours ago, in accordance with the website's transaction policies, we will deduct a 7% processing fee before processing your full refund for you.  

If you need to cancel your order, please feel free to reach out to us at your earliest convenience. We’ll be happy to check if your order is still within the 24-hour cancellation period for you.  

Initiate a Return

1.We kindly ask that you reach out to us before sending any items back, as we may not be able to process returns that are sent directly without prior coordination.

Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via the website within 7 days of receiving your item, and kindly let us know which product(s) you wish to return along with the reason for return.

2.problem as detailed as possible, such as size problems, color problems. Generally, we will take pictures of the products before shipping to avoid fraud.

3.We only accept products in their original state, without modification, without cleaning and without smoke. We cannot process any returned products without our prior approval. If you wish to return some or all of the items on your order, please contact customer service.

4.To ensure the safe arrival of your return, we kindly ask that you take care to package the items securely before shipping, as the responsibility for maintaining their condition during transit lies with you until they reach our warehouse. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

5.If you used a promotional code or discount in the original transaction, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to the value of the discount used. A refund will be made after we receive the returned product (shipping and expedited order service fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, deducted based on the specific cost of higher-priced, complex beading, sequins and embroidery styles)

6.All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, and this policy is currently in effect.

7.If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for returns:

1.For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note that accessories are final sales.

2.For custom and large-size orders, I'm sorry we can't accept returns, because of the special nature of the order, even if you return them, we can't sell them in the future.

3.If you only need one dress, please don't order multiple clothes and return the other clothes you don't like. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them again even if you return them.

4.We don't support customers ordering multiple clothes to try them on, then keep one and return the rest.

5.We do not accept the practice of purchasing the same clothing in different sizes, receiving the clothing for comparison and then returning the rest, please understand.

6.We do not accept return requests for items that are worn, washed or damaged due to improper cleaning.

7.If a customer makes a mistake that the size/color they specified does not fit when purchasing our products , the customer will not be eligible for a refund in this case.

Buyer should pay the return shipping fee. 

Please do not use the address on the package because it is only the address of the transit station or shipping agent and they will not accept any returned goods.
